I signed up here and it said free chip on front page. I never got a welcome email from them. I wrote to customer report and got the following:

well, I signed up received a welcome email then went to sit at a table and it says my balance is $0, so emailed support and now waiting to see where my $10 free for signing up is, will let u know what they say!
