In fact the site that I checked out said to basically try every key on your keyboard if the above 3 or the space bar doesn't work. I'm so sorry hun, please let me know if a "key" works. For those of you having problems, I was gonna mention, I didn't have to press any start button - isn't that what you said you didn't get except for one time? Well, now there was something in the very beginning to click, that said Play Ball, I think. Right in the middle of the game. But then after that, I just had to press my spacebar, and the ball came in. Weird game! So slow for a pinball game! I like that KICK feature it has so you don't lose your ball when it goes down that lane behind the flipper, but I wish there was one of them in the middle, in between the 2 flippers, 'cause that's where mine kept going. Those flippers need to be longer, so you can have a chance at saving it when that happens by flipping both together. Sometimes that works on other games, but not this one, since the flippers are so short. And watch out if u ever manage to flip your ball into that hole right in front of (above) the flippers! I kept trying to get it in there, couldn't do it, and then FINALLY it went in there, and then I was wishing it hadn't, 'cause when it does, it shoots it right back out at you in like half a second real fast, and if you're not ready, you'll lose it! Even when I WAS ready, sometimes I lost it anyway! I've never played this one before, well, maybe a couple times, but not really, it's different - I kinda like it! But now, hmmm, for some reason, I am craving a 7-UP!
