As long as you continue posting rapidly, your points limitation will hold for 24 hours (rolling), so when the contest slows down, as I suspect it will, the points should resume.  I hope this answers your question. :)

Dear all,

This issue should be sorted now as I've increased the limit.  HOWEVER - please note that I cannot increase it further unless we de-activate points for posts in the Contests forum (as we did on CC forum).

There has to be a limit on how many PC points you earn - particularly in contests where all you are posting is a number - pretty easy points ;) lol.

For now, I've increased the limit and left PC points being earned in the Contests forum.  

If you exceed the (now increased) daily limit of points for posting then you've earned a good amount for the day.

Of course we can review this again over time ;)

lol good job i would never need points...as 24 hrs for me not to post either on here or cc is a impossible....apart from times im away or got no internet...but until they happen id never earn points again
