They go on our permanant Hall of Fame record.   We have Member of the Month and Honorable mention for each month.  Then at the end of the year we vote for Member of the Year.

Prizes or special things are still being worked out.  I think a nice icon by their name would be cool.  Geno really hasn't had time to come up with anything yet as this is our first year of doing this.

I really should make up a poster banner showing all past winners and post it as a sticky that I could update each month.
