At a table, I lose my cool....literally. Once I was playing blackjack, threw my hands up in the air in disgust-and bam! knocked over my drink (kahlua and cream, no less) on the felt. Sometimes I insult them very "sweetly" so they KNOW they have been insulted but because it was done in a sweet way they can't really show they took offense.
