If your opponent checks immediately, it is unlikely his hand has improved.

If he looks at his cards and bets instantly, it is unlikely he is bluffing.

If he is acting weak, he is seeking your call or raise.

If he is acting strong, he is hoping you will check or fold.

If you are in doubt about the last two (weak or strong), hold on to your money.

Good info to know!  Now I will have to watch how I play for others to notice too!
Though sometimes I do just check so they don't think I have a very good hand... heh
