Poker Host  Not accepting some players anymore. READ

Dear valuable player,

We have been notified by our software provider that as of this Thursday October 23rd we will not be able to accept business from the following states:

District of Columbia 
Illinois 
Indiana
Louisiana 
Michigan 
Missouri
Nevada 
New Jersey 
New York
Oregon 
South Dakota 
Washington State
Wisconsin

Traffic will be monitored based on IP addresses and all accounts coming from those specific states will be prohibited from playing at the Microgaming Network.

As much of an effort we have put in resolving the matter, we are in a position to fulfill our obligations and comply with the Network’s regulations. 

We appreciate the time you have dedicated to play in our poker room and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences.

With all the hulabalu about Kansas lately and their Govenor  taking over domain names of any gambling site that does business in Kansas I am surprised they aren't on the list!

My original post on this thread was that the poker site "Poker Host"  is not taking those states/jurisdiction.

Is that what you mean?  Or about the Kansas statement.  If you have been following APCW they have been talking about it :)
