Why? That is where I am required, as an Indian shamin, to perform some of the things I do to help heal those who need it and to also keep myself purified and worthy of the honor. Even more surprising: my dear mother, almost 90 years old, also a shamin, does the same thing! She has done it for Crushers and their families, without their knowledge. They are 56 and 63 years old and have Downe Syndrome. They live with us 24/7 and brighten our lives.
