Hi Rainbow1,

I believe a healthy mind is as important as a healthy body, though it's never promoted through the media this way.
It's all about what you eat, not how you think or feel.
I'm sure when you're stressed or feeling low, your immune system is not at it's strongest,
As you rightly say, nothing better for the mind than wishing someone well,
or paying somebody a well deserved compliment as I am about to do.

Very nice and true word's Rainbow1.
There now, I feel much better, a very nice way to start my day.

Well said wyciswyg, I agree, rainbow1's rainbow moments are also,
to me, a most welcome breath of fresh air.
