As to how to set a trend
For a way my friends indeed deserve
To build up a points reserve.

So in the days to come, you'll see
Surprise PC points from me
Given out as rewards
Sorta like special awards
For work above and beyond the call
That shows how you are on the ball!

Never let it appear to be
That my Crushers' needs I don't see!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love to you all, my special ones,
I'm givin' til they's all done gones!!!!!

Ohhhhhh, that is so bad......
But even tho it's really sad,
It's the best that I had.

Thank you all for your sweet replies. Everybody loves strokes and applause! I, at least, have not yet found an exception.

Even tho it embarrasses me, I DEARLY LOVE IT and am not ashamed to admit it.

Guru, you don't really want to see
any attempt which I might make.
Every poem emitted from my pen
was only for a grades sake!

My sad expressions of rhyme
barely earned a passing mark
and some comment from a teacher
who clearly thought I was in the dark.

well hellooooooooooooooo...who said u couldn't write poetry ( a little secret) everyone can write poetry Smile

actually i been writing since about 7 or 8 yrs old Smile

my daughter got the gift also & my oldest son, he writes his own music, songs & makes his own beats Smile

though i can't sing, my kids sure can lol

But more important, I would like to get my hands around that teacher's scrawny neck!

How and why any adult could do that to any young person I shall NEVER understand! I wish you could shove a book of published poetry into her face (at least her hands.)

when God created men and women he created poets....some make poems, many read poems,the best poems were probably never published,or even written..............every word, said or thinking of feeling, directly from your heart, is a poem, from a new born baby first's breath.to the last one in every life,"good" poems make witer and reader humble and bring us back to where life and living is all about.........LOVE

Ok guys this isn't a poem but a tongue twister I made up when I was about 16... remember now tongue twisters you have to say fast at least 3 times heheh.. and if you can say this fast without saying "blug" or "blelly" at least once I am proud of you. Here goes:

A big black bug with a big black belly
bit a bug with big black eyes.
