yeah i got that email bower ty...just wondering is it a private event just for each different team as when you go to sign up its got a different freeroll for each teams name.....and if you register under gurus poker crushers does that mean we will only play each other...if so we need at least 10 to register to take part

Seen that too Donna.They usually show each team's tournie separate but they aren't listed that way this time.Hopefully they correct it soon,along with the password.

i see where you are probably trying to register...the correct bits if yoy click tournaments...then private then click leaque..that opens up the list with all the team names....scroll right down and you will find our team...im registered already

Should be great fun to play in this one! I hope EVERYBODY at PC signs up to play!

PC-mates, EACH of you is invited to play on our team! We don't care if you play well or not. Just come have fun with us!

Team Captain Bower will be happy, I'm sure, to explain to you how to sign up to be a team member.

P.S. Our tourney will be cancelled if we don't get at least 10 players registered and showing up for it! Please don't let that happen! Thanks!

Hey, PCers!

It doesn't cost a penny to sign up and play in this tourney with us.

Just thought I would toss that in, in case it was holding back anyone who had shot their budget threw the roof, like I do some months!

Also, as had been said before, we don't care how bad a poker player you are! We are in this to have fun and would love to have fun kidding you about your playing!!!! Te hee

If any of you are brave enough, try to get OC to sign up for it. That will give us one more.

Tomorrow is coming fast!!!!

Would be a shame if the mighty Poker Crushers were knocked out of the league tournament for lack of players!!! Think about it!

no added pressure for me as thats my motto when playing and Dales to (the Guru is watching you) and even at the live tables I have told Dale that when he started to get inpatient.....

Hi Shawn!

Do you think the handling of pressure at the tables might be something that poker scholars should have lessons and labs and experience at in a 4-year poker course?

It will sure be there later in real life when the stakes are are in the 5 and 6, maybe 7 figures.

lol filly you done better than me...my problem was opposite..i folded a pair of 2s which gave 3 of a kind and that cost me most of my chips when i shouldve called lmao...but theres always another day

Thats ok Broxi as I took count and folded 5 flushes and 2 pairs 3 times and noone seemed to want to bet my pocket aces.The game was fun and 3 crushers are still going.way to go all Laughing

Well, I'll tell ya what, Team -- I couldn't be prouder of the team!

Very, very few little mistakes by very, very few players -- and none by the experienced players!

Must admit the cards were falling kind of weird tonight, but you know all about that.....the law of averages says that it will reverse itself next time you play!

OMG...after reading all the posts about the choices we all made w/an abundance of pocket 2's

I am still rofllllllllllllllllllllll, so I just had to say"I also lost w/'em" Down to $300-w/Mojo's raises..

Saw that 2 flop up right before River & went ALL-In for a F/H 222/66 & Mojo had 888/66!! LOL

For what it's worth I don't like playing dueces myself unless i can get a free or really cheap flop. Odds of getting your set somewhere on the community are only 1 in 4 to 5 times, otherwise the best you can hope for is a race with overcards. If I fold em and do see a deuce I do what I do for any missed opportunity folded....Don't play "woulda, shoulda, coulda poker". Just make the best decision at the time of play and be happy with that. Just my 2 cents worth, and with the Canadians winning all the money, that's about all I have right now....LMAO.

I agree fully with you AL as I fold my 2s also and then when Dale sees a 2 on the flop its the shoulda but like I say I have lost way more with 2s then I have won.I usually always fold small pockets. Very Happy

Good thinking (or remembering), Al and Char. I don't know if you recall, but that is what I have taught, so of course, I am in full agreement.

It surprises a lot of people to know that I rarely play any card lower than 8, no matter what card it is with in the hole. It has paid off bigtime over time!

I checked at Poker Nordica but don't see it listed. (This is from the one on the 6th) Since I was top 3 I wanted to get in early to sign up so I don't miss it.

With their new software maybe I was looking in the wrong place LOL Wouldn't be the first time!
