FINAL TOURNAMENT VARIANT by BowerCrush

WINNER TAKE ALL

A lot of home games are played as winner-take-all single-table tournaments. If you have read the rest of my posts, you can probably guess what my advice is for these tournaments: Be Aggressive

You need to win all of the chips, so you should not sacrifice any expected value to remain in the tournament. Exploit every edge, bully, and go after those chips. Placing second out of ten is worth just as much as placing tenth in this sort of tournament. Go for the gold and attack the pot.

The WINNER is the only ONE taking money- 1st Place is your ONLY goal here.

Please post sharing your opinion or experience, or both.
EVERYONE POSTING GOES IN A RANDOM DRAW FOR 2 x $15 PRIZES.

Terms for winning a Cash Prize and *Payout Rules* <a href="http://www.glitter-graphics.com"><img src="http://dl7.glitter-graphics.net/pub/796/796157se7agys3zn.gif" width=100 height=120 border=0></a>

*You must have at least $30 worth of accumulated prizes to get paid*

-You need the same exchange value of pc points as the cash prize won:
1,500 pc-points = $15.00 Cash

- If you do not have enough, you'll be credited with pc-points instead - so next time you win - you'll be able to cash out in future contests.

-You will need to advise us which payment method you would like us to use to pay you. To do this, please go to the red section above and click on "My Payment Method" and follow the instructions.

-You only need to do this once (unless you later wish to change it). It may show as pending for 30 days. If you have questions, please send PC Staff a private message for help.

Good Luck. Happy Gaming Always!

Until recently, I had been playing at a 6 seat table, penny-ante, and it was with ladies, average age of 75-80. When I would win a large pot, I was frequenlty told that I could go home NOW. I just put in my money for the next hand...lol ... Then something happened and I decided to stick with playing on the computer. But I did love the competition of face-to-face games. I would giggle on a bad hand and groan on a good one.... they could never figure me out! More often that not, I would come home ahead of what I took with me. I miss those days. But the progressive, big pot hands were my absolute favorite.

it would most likely be a one hand game for me ...lol. I don't play those kind of tournaments. Intertops has many different kinds of tournaments and i really don't know what they are...lol Smile

although you have to be agressive and need to win you have to remember that it wont pay to be too agressive tho, no point playing every hand as tho you have to win everyone else is in same position, need to be agressive when cards fall your way but no point trying to bluff so if you have bad cards toss them and wait till next hand

I don't think I could participate in this type of tournament. While being aggresive makes perfect sense, it is a really difficult thing for me to do.
