Post subject: poker tournament payment
can you please let me know why I haven't been paid for my wins on Oct.6 and oct. 19, both for $10 Is there a problem or something??

Terms For Cash Prizes



*You must have at least $30 worth of accumulated prizes to get paid*

You need the same exchange value of pc points as the cash prize won:
1,000 pc points per $10 cash and upward in 1,000 increments. (3,000 for $30, etc.)

If you do not have enough pc-points to win a cash prize yet, you'll be credited with the same value of pc-points instead - so next time you win - you'll be able to cash out.

You will need to advise us which payment method you would like us to use to pay you. To do this, please go to the red section above and click on "My Payment Method" and follow the instructions. well I can tell u this my friend if they are both 10.00 it is part b/c prizes must accumulate to 30.00 b4 they can be collected so you'll need one more 10.00 b4 you can cash in so to speak

I also know the prize moneys are always paid so even tho it may take a while sometimes for various possible reason you dont need worry u will get paid I have been around for years and won quite a bit from casino-crush/poker-crush contests and games and some were paid damn near the next day some next week or months even maybe, depending on the reasons like i said but not one time did they not follow thru on their end I hope that helps bud and also theres much more in depth explanations posted here by the admins that should tell u everything you need to understand how it all works around here but its up to you to read them ya know what I mean? Anyway take it easy and explore stick around and have patience, b/c you'll be glad u did in the end trust me toots wink these

TY so much Steve for posting about your "Confidence" in Crush Forums.

I was also a long time member that felt the same way- Smile

That being said, it is never OUR intention to make members wait for the money they have won.

But, with less earnings the last year (USA laws, economy, etc.) we chose to NOT cut the Contests down to one or two, but KEEP as many, with less than the $30 Minimum for payouts.

HI TOOT,it took me months to buildmy payout above 30$. but its hard times for ev1. but GEno will pay no matter how long . it was well apricated cause i really needed itat that time. so just know that you will be paid. thats just how it is , ty josie46

yea & in the end it really dosent matter if it took a while bc imo hey it's free $$ woooot! & Im always gonna be happy to recieve free money anytime lol no matter how much i might feel like I need it now I know w/o a doubt whenever it comes I'll feel like I really need it then too hehe wink

you asked at beginning of november the same thing and why others get paid first, was explained then the fact that you need to have $30 before you get paid, now as 10 and 10 makes 20 you will not get paid till you have $30 waiting, so YES there is a PROBLEM, the problem is you dont have enough in prizes to get paid out yet and like i said this was all explained when you asked a month ago
