As a means of increasing your poker vocabulary, I will from time to time post a new Word of the Day like this one.
Today's Word: MUCK
Funny word you have all seen and you know what happens when you check the muck box at poker sites. But what does it mean exactly?
ANSWER: Muck is the word for not letting the cards in your LOSING hand be seen by anyone, even when throwing away (folding or being beaten). Check the MUCK box at poker sites to make yourself more successful at bluffing, because nobody will ever see the hand you were or were not betting on, so they will not know how you play as far as betting or bluffing!
P.S. Personally, I always check the muck box.
