Almost all of the answers were correct, to my delight! To those who answered incorrectly, I give praise for trying and ask humbly that you WAKE UP OR TAKE MORE NOTES DURING MY POKER LESSONS! LOL (I still love you and I realize many barely have time to read the lessons.)
There were so many correct answers that I had to find a container for drawing names among the winners. For this purpose I contributed my favorite humidor, made of rare and valuable carved wood.
