If you don't have charter and are thinking of getting it DON"T.ever since i got charter connecting to a website takes longer maybe 30 sec or a min.That gets me so mad,my boyfriend has added stuff to our computer to make it faster and better and know am stuck with a provider that sucks for another 1 1/2 years.at first i thought it was just the labtop (Which i mostly play)until i noticed it doing it on the desktop computer.by the way there cable sucks to,LOL.we have the full package when it comes to cable ,movies on demand,sho 1,sho2 hbo,HD,etc all the movies channel besides like playboy and those other porn ones.We have our own porn,ROFL anyways and it sucks,watching a movie it cuts out and back in so you miss like 15 sec but it's irrating.we keep calling them and they keep sending some one out and same thing happens.they think they fixed it but it keeps happening.worse part is signed a 2 year contract for cable,phone and internet.what a dumbie i was.just wanted to share,LMAO

lol glad we dont get that here as have enough problems with virgin media who supplies my cable and internet.... if you have a 2 year contract and you are sick of it why not cancel....if they are not fixing problems and providing the service they should then thats your way of cancelling the contract
