First ,RebeccaLynne, PC points are different from poker points.

Poker points are reset at the beginning of each month. PC points are not.

You can earn PC points by posting or winning the lottery. Also there are occassions where a contest is held and random amounts of PC points are given away.

But the best ways remain the lottery and posting.
