Hello My Wonderful Poker Crushers!

Our 11th Contest for August is another simple one. Tell us about "losing your cool" at a table?

<center>RULES</center>

1. All members making a post will be placed into a random drawing, where we will be giving away 1 x $30 prize

2. The winner(s) must have at least 3,000 pc points in order to claim a cash prize. If the selected winner(s) has less then 3,000 pc points then they will receive 3,000 pc points in lieu of the $30 prize.

3. You will need to advise us which payment method you would like us to use to pay you. To do this, please go to the section above and click on "My Payment Method" and follow the instructions. You only need to do this once (unless you later wish or need to change your payment method option). If you have any questions, please send OrangeCrush or Crushadmin a private message.

4. This contest will end on August 12, 2009 and we will give away 1 x $30 prizes.

i have never played at a real poker table only online but usually i just end up hitting the monitor!!!!!!!

I usually try to keep my cool at a live table...but online, I yell every obsenity in the book when I lose what I thought was a good hard to a donkey! GRRR!!!! Sometimes I wonder if the neighbors can hear...and I live out in the country! LOL!!!

Online, I curse and talk to the monitor. At a table, I lose my cool....literally. Once I was playing blackjack, threw my hands up in the air in disgust-and bam! knocked over my drink (kahlua and cream, no less) on the felt. So now, whether it's blackjack or poker, I usually just bite my lip and sit on my hands to keep them from doing something stupid.

I only lose my cool attotal idiots and jerks. Sometimes I insult them very "sweetly" so they KNOW they have been insulted but because it was done in a sweet way they can't really show they took offense.

Of course there are those that are such outrageous jerks I just tell them to talk to themselves that I am muting them so say the worst - but I won't hear them and then I mute them

I lose my cool when people write rude comments to other players. I can't believe what people say sometimes. They should be banned from the table.

I cant tell a story about 'loosing my cool' at a table cuz I've only ever played at a table once, I didn't win so I just stuck to the slots, which were much nicer to me. Smile
