I was doing really good at the start. Winning hands that I played. Then suddenly I was starting to lose and it kept going down hill reall fast as the opening bid was at a $100. I was playing very carefully and folding a lot but just couldn't seem to grab any good hits after that.
I was not happy with my showing but I think I played a good game so not sorry about that. You can't always make the showing you would like.
Congrats Bower for 8th place you were in the money!!
Had a blast and hopefully next month we can all show in the money!!

As Bower said in the first post of this thread, some nights are just better than others ... for EVERYBODY!
I was in and out as you played, and one thing I noticed was that all of you had more than your fair share of bad beats. That is one thing we are just helpless against! But so are our opponents.... and their turn is coming!
The positions at which most of you placed, I will not sugar coat. Not so good.
However, you showed me a whole lot to be proud of!
You were as gracious in defeat as you are in victory. That counts!
You were gentlemen and gentlewomen all the way. That counts BIGTIME!
You made no feeble excuses. Anoher indication of champions!
So ... all in all .... I am just as proud of you as always and still can say, "Congratulations, TEAM!!!
Now February is behind us. Time to forget it and start preparing ourselves in every way for March Madness!!!
Looking forward to seeing more of your best sides!!!

But from what Guru said above, I would say you made PC very proud! As they say, class will tell. And it sounds to me like you all did a lot of out-classing of your opponents.
