sisters PokerGuru - 08.04.2006, 12:35 Post subject: Dear Poker Crush Sisters,
No, honey. They are two different things, althoug I can sure understand your confusion because they sound like the same thing!
No Deposit simply means you can become a member of a site and usually receive a bonus amount of money without having to deposit any of your own money.
A freeroll is a poker tournament that costs you absolutely nothing to enter, but you could win a lot of money if you come out at or near the top of those who play.
Note: If you are not already a member of the site where the freeroll is being played, you have to become a member. That might mean in order to play for real money, like in the freeroll, you might have to make the minimum deposit that site requires to become a real-money member.
I hope this is explained well enough. If not, just let me know, and your old Guru will try again!
Thanks for doing just what you should have.......coming right out and asking. More people should do the same!
Glad to be
