Post subject: Nov. Ribbon-Cutting Contest - WINNER ANNOUNCED!

This is a first attempt at such a contest, PCers, but we are sort of becoming known as "the first to" forum.

All you have to do is answer the question absolutely honestly, including all its details! In other words, to let us know if you ARE REALLY INTO IT or not.

Here is the question: Would you be willing and would you, on a date and time soon to be announced, have ready at your computer a pair of scissors and a ribbon of any kind, AND log into the Chat Room, AND on the nose of my "1- 2- 3- CUT!", at that moment cut your ribbon so that we all share equally in the opening ceremony of the Poker-Crush Hall of Honor and Fame official opening?

You know know all the contest rules. Exactly like the others. If any questions, please let me know!

I hope every member participates in this one. It will be your all time if you do!

well guru i would be wiling to do that...lol the only problem being that your chat times normally 2am over here and im normally well in bed for work during the week..but guess i could try and make the effort for a special occasion

Yes I think that would be wonderful. A great grand opening would be just the thing. I would definately be there with my scissors and ribbon.

I will definately try to attend considering such a cool idea. As soon as I know date and time I will lock everyone up and hide the key till it is over ROFL

What a nifty thing.. kind of like everyone honking their horns or making noise around the world. Wonder what noise 100's of scissors snipping a ribbon would make? lol

PCers, I liked the way Valeria described our ribbon-cutting ceremony to come in January. She said it would be like everybody honking their horns and making noise around the world at the same moment! They did that for real at the moment tne news was announced that World War 2 was over! So say the history books and so said my grandparents!

Our ribbon-cutting ceremony to signal the opening of the Poker Crush Hall of Honor and Fame will not be that loud, but it WILL be scissors snipping around the world!

Welcome back to the good old USA, Char!

I am glad you are home, safe and sound!

Now we are ready, any time you are, to see some good poker wins!!!You MUST get a debit card from the bank where you have your checking account! It is not a credit card so there is no interest. But it looks like a credit card and has the same kind of numbers, so no place where you use it knows. Nor do they care. The poker sites take both.

Anyway, with or without debit card, we are glad you are back home!
