Hello Poker Crushers!

Any three cards of the same number or face value, plus any other two cards of the same number or face value.
Usage: Three kings and two 3's is often known as kings full and sometimes more specifically as kings full of 3's. What is one of the common names for this hand?

RULES

1. All members entering this contest must make a post.

2. Everyone making a post will have their names placed into a random drawing where we will be drawing 1 Lucky Winner of a $30 Cash Prize!!

3. The winner must have at least 3,000 pc points in order to claim a cash prize. If the selected winner has less then 3,000 pc points then they will receive 3,000 pc points in lieu of the $30 in their chosen payment account - see the Payment Method menu option to check / update your chosen method.

Hello to my dear PCers!

The first thing I must do in this post is to apologize to you for it being late.

When I must travel to a poker game, I always take my laptop along, so that I can keep up with our forum activities and won't have to miss anything just because I am away from home. I take out the laptop any time I don't have to actually be at a table.

This trip, however, left me no time at all until I boarded the plane to come back home. And by that time, I must confess that I was so tired and sleepy, that I took out my laptop and promptly fell asleep -- while in my seat on the plane!

I just arrived back home moments ago and am very happy to be back at my desk in my PC home office -- my favorite place to be!

I hope I didn't worry anyone. You know, back when I was teaching at the university, if at any time I was late for a class, my students were free to get up and leave without penalty if I was 15 minutes or more late.

I am glad to see that instead of leaving, my PCers, as always if I should be gone for any reason, carried on and assumed responsibility for keeping our forum moving ahead! That is one thing about my members that impresses me no end! Knowing that this is, indeed, THEIR forum -- and that those are not just words about it being THEIRS -- I am always delighted to return and never see a sign of my having been gone! Just one of many, many reasons why I harbor so much pride and respect for my PCers! So once again, I thank you, members, for being the very best!

Now that I am back in the saddle again, it is my great pleasure to announce the winner of our party contest #9. Today's winner has been a member since July of last year and in that time, has posted 125 times -- more than some members who have been here much longer! She has also quickly become a poker player with a rep for excellent playing in our tournaments and at any other poker table.

I am happy to name her the winner of PC's Birthday Bash contest #9. I am speaking of our own rsablebomb!

Sable will receive a cash award of $30.

Congratulations, sable! I hope you continue to be the loyal PC member that you have become!

Our party is not yet even 1/3 of the way along! Happy Birthday to each and every member!
