This Moment is a good dose of Reality Therapy. Here is a tiny bit of my own philosophy: If you want to smile, think about smiling first! The next thing that happens magically is that you REALLY want to smile. THEN, by darn, YOU ARE REALLY SMILING!
Of course, the reverse works also, Burt since we are usually very positive, we won't mention that!
