Post subject: Encouragement for Poppy
In the absence of our Guru it has always fallen upon the CRUSHERS to encourage our newer members to play some poker under the toutelage of our Guru's previous lessons. To Poppy I show you this screen shot of what $80 can get you in 2 hours of playing in a ring game. But it takes PATIENCE and GOOD THINKING!!!!This shot was from this evening...after I posted the WSOP story!!!!
I won $553.00

Spookth -

THANK YOU, again for the "encouragement" - seeing screen shots like yours is truly an inspiration ...

It's been one hell of a week ... 7 days and I've been in 3 countries - that must be all time record for me LOL
BUT it has been good fun ... well GREAT fun actually Very Happy

I am leaving again today Smile - have to pack my bag and go soon.
I'll be back ... Smile

So seeeeeeeeeeee ya all soon ... Smile

P.S. When I was in Tallinn few days ago ...
I played some poker in a local casino - had nice teacher from Ireland who gave me tips LOL ...
I actually won hmm ... can't remember how much but it was enough to buy drinks that night - well those I bought myself anyway Very Happy
Sorry I can't post a screen shot LOL
If I could it would be just me holding some €€€ in my hand anyway LOL BUT I'm learning to play - although it wasn't only my GOOD THINKING which earned me the money ... but we all need help when learning new things.
I was just lucky to have it in a "form" of a cool guy - he was my "N/D bonus" that evening LMAO

What in the world can I possibly say?!

Let's see now.......$30,000 X 12 months = almost half a million USD a year! THINK YOU COULD LIVE ON THAT??????

I couldn't be happier, my man, if it were myself!!!!!!!!!! OR......PROUDER!

As I listen to Celtic music my mind drifts through my childhood, a kind of a Huckleberry Finn type of childhood...I was probably the worst little boy the neighborhood ever had to endure!

Well spookth,

There is one thing we have in common. Trouble is, while I was being this,
I wouldn't say wicked child, more like adventureous, I didn't have the slightest idea of the consequences my adventures caused to others until I grew up a few years ago.
