They are opening this month (March 2007) but you can register NOW!

I just signed up. You can deposit AND withdrawl from/to a credit card or bank.

They also have very low fees... much is free. What is really cool is they have MASS transfers! It would work great if you had say 10 people all with $50 transfer. I think if it is multiple amounts it would have to be done individually from what I understand. But also there is no fee for it that I can see.
