Research Shows that Online Gaming Reduces Stress

A McGill University study suggested that online gaming is actually good for the health. The study conducted by the university in Montreal, Quebec revealed that after playing online games, including casino games, players feel less stressed. Also, cortisol, the stress hormone, fell by an average of 17 percent. For some behavioural scientists, this is a proof that playing online games can be a possible way to reduce harmful stress levels. It is well known to doctors that stress causes destructive behaviours such as drinking in excess and overeating. These behaviours can cause heart problems and social instability.

Maybe I should quit drinking and eating and smoking and cursing at the monitor like that darn slot machine can hear me maybe then it would be less stressful lol

Playing bingo online absolutely stresses me out!!! I don't call Bingo by it's name... I call it Oh S*H*I*T or any other expletatives you might want to come up with.

I am the forever one ball away from what they call... or always on for like 25 calls and still don't win. That game HATES me LOL

Playing slots can be stressful but I just enjoy the excitement but actually poker RELAXES me unless I am playing against PC'ers then I stress ROFL
