Ok so I am on vacation in Oregon for awhile and went to the casino and Dale finally persuaded me to sit at a live poker tb instead of internet.I played very patient (except my aces lol) and finally relaxed and sat with 60 and left with 73 in half hr or so as the tb didnt have enough by then when kill started on another.I sat with the thought Guru is watching you but only problem was is comments of well if shes betting she has something so ev1 would fold but my nerves calmed down altho I had a older man who insisted he should sit by the beautiful gal so he could rub knees not knowing dale 2 people down was my hubby but he kept calm and it was fun so I may try again in a day or so.Dale said I had them all scared if I called so he figures mabey I could have tried a few more hands but I think I am ready to try again. Thanks Guru for your lessons and confident that I could over come my fear of real tables as I am on my way.Knowing it was my first time I got congratulated by workers and the one who runs the room and hes an online player so I was able to tell him about Poker crush,as he sits at pokerstars.... |

wtg Char, proud of you. Seen you enough online to know you shouldn't be intimidated--you are a very good player....i've noticed that if you play tight, the other players really do become cautious about you and are less like to get involved and you can get by with a well timed bluff now and then. Unless you're Bower of course, who never bluffs. LOL |

Awesome Char.No need to be scared,we were taught by the best.Playing live for first time would be a little intimidating but you played it right for your christening. Each time out you will be more confident and the winnings bigger.
If I don't bluff Al,then I'm playing wayyyyyy too many hands. |
