But now I have a question for OrangeCrush! I read the instructions in your post, and I was a little confused ... does that "Attachment Posting Control Panel" with the "Add an Attachment" option show up only when you start a new topic? Not when you're replying to someone else's post? 'cause I tried to find it when I was gonna post this reply, but I don't see anything that says that here.

But I take it that if I can find that when I want to post a screenshot, I'd be able to do it without having to have a URL for my picture that I would be posting.. right?

Because so far, any time I posted a screenshot, I had to have a URL for it, to use that button above this reply box, which asks for an image URL. SO I had to go post my image on some picture storing website somewhere, to get the URL before I could post it here.

But if I understood you right, I should be able to post it even if it's just a pic saved on my computer, which wouldn't have a URL. But only if I can find that "Attachment Posting Control Panel"... is that right??

Hi sunspun, you are correct! When you are replying to a post or creating a new post here at PC or CC just above where you click on preview or submit is a box "Attachment Posting Control Panel" and all you need to do is click on "Add an Attachment" and that will open up the file name box where you can browse and yes put screenshots or what ever you would like that you have stored on your computer.
