Good morning to my PCers!

Today I am going to give you some odds and percentages that I have tested and retested countless times.

It will show you how often certain pocket cards win the hand.

In the first column, I will list a pocket cards combination. In the second column, I will show you what percentage of times that hand wins.

AA .................................................. 75%
KK .................................................. 63.5%
QQ .................................................. 56.1%
JJ .................................................. 50%
AK suited ........................................ 51.1%
AK not suited .................................. 48.1%
AQ suited ........................................ 46.5%
AQ not suited ................................... 42.4%
10 10 ............................................... 43.5%
AJ suited ....................................... 41.7%

You may wonder why I stopped at a pair of tens. That is because I fold any pocket cards I get lower than a pair of tens. Yes, that is tight playing. Remember, I told you that I am a tight-aggressive player.

I am not willing to gamble on something I have less than 41% chance of winning!

LOL, GURU!! Funny because I remember you telling me that approx. 20 weeks ago...AFTER I lost just before Final Table with pair 8's!! Good Post!

well I am glad to see this post as I play 9s and higher so mabey i better stop with the nines and go for the 10s.honestly and playing at the tables at the real casino and a very old proffesional had told me our thoughts were the same on j-10 suited is my very favorite hand for some odd reason.And I believe I have lost more with pp of aces then my j-10.The funniest i have heard is at carbon I was told I was redicoulis because someone noticed I only played hi cards so when I had a 2-7 I called the bet and a k and j hit the flop so he folded know (or thinking)I only play hi cards so I just had to show my 2-7 and laugh and tell him your right I guess I shouldnt always play just hi cards.just alittle humor as I am trying to get it back after this last week.

WTG CHAR!!! That is a great example of Guru always telling us to "change-up" our norm.

Very nice strategy, if anything, just to always keep 'em guessing! EXCELLENT THINKING!!
